Highlighting the importance of high quality data methodology and informed decision making, presenters for the workshop will offer examples of useful management tools and enforce the idea that good, timely, quality information is critical to business operations and leads to immediate benefits. This workshop will help attendees to create and analyze real-time data, which drives an organization’s ability to efficiently meet the needs of consumers, business partners, and stakeholders. Through group activities, participants will learn how data-driven decision-making can aid agencies in today’s business environment by improving quality of service and reducing operational costs to ultimately enhance outcomes for consumers.
Kristina Allwood, government relations and business development coordinator, and Cheri Rodman, continuous quality improvement coordinator, The Village Network
