Dr. Bob Jones is president and CEO of Children’s Aid and Family Services, Inc., in Paramus, New Jersey. Dr. Jones has served as the agency executive for the past twenty-three years. Children’s Aid and Family Services is one of the oldest and largest human service organizations in northern New Jersey.  Dr. Jones is also the Chairperson of The Alliance’s Resource Development Services advisory committee and is a Columnist for The Alliance Magazine.
