Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to a non-refundable $75 processing fee. Cancellations received after Oct. 1, 2009, will not be refunded. Notice of written cancellation must be e-mailed directly to Hillary Hanson, meetings assistant, at hhanson@alliance1.org or faxed to 414-359-1074.

Registration must be postmarked or otherwise dated on or before Sept. 14, 2009, to receive the early bird rate. Regular rates apply to registrations postmarked or otherwise dated on or after Sept. 15, 2009.
