Ryan R. Dowis has 14 years of experience working with children and families in both public and private child welfare. He is currently the Vice President of Foster Care Services with Cornerstones of Care in Kansas City, Missouri. He previously supervised residential treatment programs with Gillis and Youth Services International in Missouri, as well as being a child welfare worker for Missouri’s public child welfare system. Ryan holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and
Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology & Sociology from Northwest Missouri State University.
