Being able to demonstrate long-term outcomes for youth and families served by a particular program is a powerful tool in marketing services to new and existing customers. The competitive edge provided by credible outcome data is considerable and may be well worth the cost, even in these uncertain economic times. This workshop will examine how collecting, analyzing, and presenting outcome data can be an integral, effective part of business development and marketing strategy. Presenters will share their experiences concerning how outcome data is utilized at their agencies for intervention planning and adjustment, program evaluation and quality improvement, business development and marketing, and advocacy work. Presenters will also discuss how to pay for the collection, analysis, and reporting of outcome data.
