Tom has been the President and CEO of Family Services of NW PA for over 20 years. Coming to the agency with years of experience and a wealth of knowledge, he created substantial growth, not only in terms of staff and programming but also overall revenue. Having over 30 years of experience in the area of parenting, Tom has provided expertise to members of the community in terms of education and media support. He has trained managers and supervisors in the agency and the community, covering topics on assertiveness for managers, time management and supervisory skills.
